Prevent Staining of Masonry from Splashback  -Roof runoff is dirty!  Don't let your beautiful, expensive  stonework turn into this:
Protect Decks, Flowerbeds, and Landscaping - Replacing any of these due to runoff water damage is costly and time consuming (and unnecessary if you have an efficient rain gutter system).
Prevent Wood Rot of Fascia and Other Exterior Trim -  The wooden trim around exterior  doors is  very susceptible to water damage from splashback,  especially around garage doors.
Prevent Foundation Shifting and Breakage-  The cost of foundation repair starts  at about $10,000 and goes up from there!   The most cost effective way to prevent damage is to install a proper drainage system to remove roof runoff from around the slab.  The following photos  show typical slab erosion,  the resulting foundation damage, and exterior wall damage.  This water damage results from either not having a gutter system at all, or, in the case of this house, having a gutter system that is not installed properly  to drain the water away from the  house  (be careful who installs your gutter!).  This home does NOT have an ATRG rain gutter system!
